Payment:
Please send details of what you would like to order, quoting the STC code by each item. Enclose a cheque the for full amount plus P&P. Cheques should be made payable to "The Stockley Trading Company". We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. For security reasons don't leave your credit card details online. Please phone or fax us with your card details. Please make sure you give us your complete delivery address. We will make every effort to dispach your orders as soon as possible.

Prices:
Prices are inclusive of VAT but not post and packing. TSTC reserve the right to alter prices without notice.

Post and Packing:
For dispatch to England / Wales / Scottish mainland / Northern Ireland add £3.95 per order. Dispatch for guaranteed next day delivery can be arranged at £10.95
All products are subject to availabilty.

Returns:
All returns should be sent to us within 7 working days of receipt of goods. As long as goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging then a refund will be forwarded to you.
We do not pay for return post and packaging.

The majority of our products are hand made from natural materials and therefore slight variations in size colour and texture may occur from time to time and should not be considered flaws.
